Return Policy for Papaw Jay's Woodshop
Custom Furniture & Personalized Items
Because custom pieces are built specifically for your home and your specifications, all custom furniture sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on made-to-order items once the build has started.
Our Promise: We believe in transparency. For large custom projects, we will send you photos of the progress along the way. We do not schedule pickup or delivery until the piece is finished and meets our standards.
Standard Shop Items (Keychains, Cutting Boards, Decor)
We want you to love your handcrafted item. We accept returns on unused, standard shop items within 14 days of delivery.
• To start a return, please contact us first to receive instructions.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damaged in Transit
We pack our items securely, but accidents happen. If an item arrives damaged from shipping, please send us photos of the damaged box and the broken item within 24 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and work with you to make it right.
